​Terms & Conditions:

• Applicants must either purchase or renew the Qualifying Policy via ECICS website from 9 May 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”) and the application and full insurance premium for each Qualifying Policy must be accepted by ECICS during the Promotion Period.

• Applicants must have an active Charge+ Account within two weeks of the submission form date. Do ensure that the mobile number tagged to the Qualifying Policy needs to be the same one as your Charge+ account login.

• The Policyholder must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Foreigner residing in Singapore, and must not hold a Green Card or be a U.S. Citizen.

• The Qualifying Policy must be purchased directly by the Policyholder through ECICS’ direct sales channels via the ECICS website here  or via the hotline at 6206 5588 for first time policy holders. For renewals, please renew via the email sent by ECICS.

• The Benefit is limited to one redemption per Qualifying Policy. Policyholders with multiple Qualifying Policies may be eligible for multiple Credit redemptions.

• The Benefit shall be processed and credited to the specified Policyholder’s Charge+ account within 6 weeks of the activation date of the Qualifying Policy, provided that the Qualifying Policy is still in force as of that date.

• The Benefit is non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferrable.

• The Benefit is non-stackable with other charging benefits the recipient may have received from other promotional programmes related to EV Charging.

• For Qualifying Policies which are cancelled within 90 days of the activation date, a penalty fee of $50.00 shall be applied and deducted from the Policyholder’s premium refund.

• The eligibility of the Policyholder to receive the Credit shall be determined at the absolute discretion of the Charge+ & ECICS.

• Charge+ & ECICS reserves the right to change these terms or suspend / terminate the Promotion at any time without any prior notice.

• Charge+ & ECICS’ decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

• The terms of this Promotion are governed by Singapore law, and all parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts. A person who does not participate in this Promotion shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

• By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and you consent to Charge+ & ECICS’ collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of the Promotion.
