Expanding cross-border charging access across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand for a more seamless EV driving experience

20 August 2026

Charge+ has launched a strategic regional EV roaming partnership with Gentari Go, connecting the charging networks of two major electric vehicle (EV) charging operators across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Through this collaboration, EV drivers will gain access to a combined network of more than 4,000 charging points across the region, providing greater convenience for both everyday and cross-border journeys.

Greater Access Across Two Regional Networks

The partnership will enable Gentari Go users to access more than 3,000 public charging points on the Charge+ regional network, while Charge+ users will gain access to over 1,100 charging points on Gentari’s network.

This expanded access gives EV drivers greater flexibility when travelling across the three markets, making it easier to locate and access charging infrastructure beyond their home charging network.

Advancing Seamless EV Travel in Southeast Asia

As EV adoption continues to grow, greater interoperability between charging networks will be key to making electric mobility more convenient and accessible.

The partnership builds on Charge+’s efforts to strengthen regional charging connectivity and complements its ongoing development of a 5,000 km EV charging highway connecting Singapore to Hanoi.

By expanding network accessibility through strategic partnerships, Charge+ continues to advance its mission of catalysing electric mobility and supporting more seamless EV journeys across Southeast Asia.
